We seek investment opportunities in the smaller middle market where access to institutional capital is limited by a company's size, industry or other complications.
Elm Creek Partners will make controlling equity investments of $3 to $6 million, primarily in established companies led by experienced entreprenuers with vision and integrity. Although we are generalists, we gravitate towards companies in the manufacturing/distribution and business or financial services arenas.
