Elm Creek Partners seeks companies that are, or have the potential to become, leaders within a growing industry niche. Transaction types can include management-led recapitalizations, acquisition financings or growth capital investments.

Elm Creek Partners actively seeks outstanding management teams leading companies:

with a defensible competitive advantage,
serving large and growing markets,
with proven economic models.

A potential investment opportunity should generally have between $10 and $50 million in revenues and positive operating cash flows of at least $1 million.

The firm has no geographic limitations; however, we do focus on investments in Texas and the surrounding states so that we may work closely with management.
