Aaron Handler - Prior to co-founding Elm Creek Partners, Aaron spent over five years on the investment team of Red River Ventures executing a similar strategy, as well as serving on the Board of Directors or as an observer for several of its portfolio companies. Prior to Red River Ventures Aaron was a part of the business development group at ServiceLane.com and spent three years as a Senior Associate with Corporate Finance Department of Southwest Securities, the largest full-service NYSE member firm based in Texas.

Aaron is an active community member serving on the boards of Congregation Shaare Tefilla and the Foundation for the Dallas Home for the Jewish Aged in addition to his positions on the boards of Elm Creek Partners' portfolio companies. He is a graduate of both Boston University and TCU.

Zach Wooldridge - Prior to co-founding Elm Creek Partners, Zach joined the investment team of Red River Ventures in June 2003. He previously served as a manager of IT product development at Investec, an international, specialist banking group. While at Investec, Zach managed the development and deployment of Internet trading platforms for broker-dealers and foreign banks.

In addition to directorships related to the management of Elm Creek Partners, Zach currently serves as a director of Professional Bank. He earned an MBA from SMU and received a degree in accounting from Washington & Lee University.
