Elm Creek Partners ("ECP"), a Dallas, TX-based private investment firm, is pleased to announce the sale of The Care Group to Pediatric Home Service (PHS), an independent comprehensive home care provider and a portfolio company of InTandem Capital Partners. Under the ownership of Elm Creek Partners and in partnership with a new management team, The Care Group successfully entered into new markets, including Dallas-Fort Worth, expanded service capabilities, upgraded systems and solidified the platform for continued growth.
Adding The Care Group’s Houston and Dallas locations to the existing coverage PHS throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin means increased access to high-quality, comprehensive pediatric home care for medically complex patients and their families.
